Description

This headstone, located 8 meters south of the chancel at the Church of St. Michael, dates from 1682 and is made of ashlar stone. It features a shouldered arched top and is inscribed with the text: "Here lieth the Bodies of Lanclott (sic) Adin and Joanna ..... wife who departed this life June 1682. Joanna the 16 Day Lancelot the 27 Day."
