Farmhouse and adjoining cottage. Early C17, re-cased late C18 and with additions mid C19 and mid C20. Timber framing with brick and rubble nogging, coursed rubble and brick. Partial rubble plinth. Plain tile and pantile roofs. Single coped gable. 3 ridge, single gable and single side wall stacks. 2 storeys, 9 unequal bays. Windows are mainly C19 and C20 casements, mostly with segmental heads. East front has to left, door flanked by single casements. To their right, door with overlight, flanked to left by larger casement and to right by 2 sashes. To right again, a door. Above, to left, 2 casements. Beyond to right, stair light. Beyond again, blocked opening and 2 Yorkshire sashes. South gable has C20 external steps to off- centre doorway. Rear has central gabled 2 storey addition. To its left, timber framed section with intermediate rail, 2 bay posts and arch braces. Door flanked to left by casement and to right by a sash. Above, a sash and a casement. To right of gabled addition, 2 Yorkshire sashes and above, a casement.
