Description

The Lake Bridge is an ornamental bridge built around 1759, likely designed by Thomas Wright for Sir Charles Sedley. It is constructed in the Gothick style using rockfaced and moulded ashlar. The bridge features a moulded band and has two depressed four-centred arches with imposts and hood moulds. The original crenellated parapet walls have been removed.
