Outbuilding. Early C19. Brick with hipped and gabled pantile roof. Single ridge stack. Single storey, 5 bays. All doors have flanking pilasters and pediments. All openings have 4 centred arched heads. South front has an off-centre casement with Y tracery and pediment, flanked to left by a door and to right by 3 doors. Included for group value only.
