Description

This is a late 18th-century building of three storeys, constructed in red brick. It has two windows, with brick voussoirs surrounding the hung sash windows, which retain glazing bars. A blocked window is visible on the first floor. The ground floor features a canted bay and a modern door set within a wooden case, which has fluted pilasters and a cornice. Numbers 25 and 27 Grove Street are notable as a group.
