Description
This is a late 18th-century two-story building on Castlegate. It is constructed of red brick with a first-floor string course, topped by a gable end slate roof. The front features one window to the right, with flush-framed sash windows. A six-panel flush door is located to the left, set within an arched recess surrounded by a broken cornice on fluted scroll brackets and a pediment hood. The building forms part of a group with numbers 25 to 35 (odd) on Castlegate.
