Description

This is a late 18th-century building on Grove Street. It is three storeys high, built with chequered brick, and has a pantile roof and a wooden eaves cornice. Originally, there were four windows on the top floor. Later, in the 19th century, two canted bays were added to the first floor, and a central window was blocked with a segmental head. The ground floor now features a modern shop front. The building is part of a group that includes number 8, and is considered to have group value alongside numbers 4 to 16 (even).
