Description
No 12, including No 2 Carolgate, is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed of chequered brick with a hipped Welsh slate roof at the corner. It features a dentil brick eaves cornice and has three windows with flush cases and hung sashes that include glazing bars and keystones, arranged over two storeys. The ground floor has a modern shop front, and there are four windows on the Carolgate elevation. Nos 7 to 13, which are consecutive, form a group with this building.
