Description

No. 20 Grove Street is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed of brick with a pantile roof and brick stacks at the gable ends. It features a dentil brick eaves cornice and has four windows with brick voussoirs and flush frames. The first floor includes two of these windows along with a late 19th-century segmental bow window. The building also has a late 19th-century shop front and a segmental-headed carriage entry to the right, also with brick voussoirs. There is a brick band between the first and top floors. Nos. 14 to 32 (even) form a group with this building.
