G.V. II

House. Mid C18 and Cl9. Red brick. Slate roof. 2 red brick gable stacks. Raised and brick coped gables with kneelers. Dentil eaves. L-plan. Two and a half storeys, 4 bays, with a first floor band. 2 C19 projecting bays with slate roofs, each now with single C20 French window and replacing 4 window openings. Above are 4 glazing bar sashes under segmental arches with 4 small glazing bar sashes on the top floor. The left gable has a single glazing bar sash, to the left is a doorway with part lazed door, overlight and marginal lights. Above are 2 similar sashes, all under segmental arches. To the right, set back, is a 2 storey red brick and pantile wing with central red brick ridge stack, dentil eaves and projecting red brick and pantile lean-to. To the rear is a 2 storey, 2 bay C19 extension. Included for group value only
