Description

No. 31 Carolgate is a late 18th century or early 19th century house that stands three storeys tall, constructed of brick with a new roof and a wooden eaves cornice. The façade features three windows with brick voussoirs and stone bands separating the storeys. The ground floor has two windows with glazing bars. To the left, there is a stone Edwardian porch that is rusticated and includes a cornice.
