Description

No. 153 Westgate is a late 18th-century house that stands three stories tall and features three windows. The building is constructed of red brick and topped with a pyramidal roof made of stone slates. It has a moulded stone frieze and eaves cornice, with segmental arches and stone sills above recessed sash windows that include glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is a set-back entrance on the left, which is framed by a round arch and includes a panelled door along with a wrought iron top screen.
