Description
No. 86 on Bridge Street is a house that has been converted into a shop. It dates from the 18th century, with a 19th-century rear wing. The building is constructed of brick and rendered, featuring pantile and slate roofs. It has ashlar dressings, a coped parapet, two gable stacks, and a single ridge stack on the rear wing. The structure is three storeys high and has three bays. The front facade includes a 20th-century shop front on the left and an elliptical arched carriage entry with a projecting keystone on the right. Above the carriage entry, there are three plain sash windows with keystones, and above those, there are three 20th-century casement windows, also with keystones.
