Description

BRIDGEGATE 1. 5345 (South Side) No. 43 SK 7081 3/55 II 2. Late C18 or early C19. 3 storeys, roughcast, with Welsh slate roof and 3 brick stacks. 6 windows to top floor, hung sashes with glazing bars, and to 1st floor. 2 windows to ground floor and 2 wide canted bays of 3 lights, modern glazing, which flank doorcase with pediment and plain pilasters, 4 steps up with iron handrails. Door of 6 panels. Remains of band between ground and 1st floors. Round-headed passage entry to right. Remains of plinth. Dentil eaves cornice.
