Farmhouse. Late C18. Adjoining cottage rebuilt late C20. Dressed stone and brick with slate roofs. Three gable stacks. Two storeys plus garrets, three bays. L-plan. Windows are mainly C20 sashes. South front has off-centre door with overlight, flanked to left by single and to right by two sashes. Above, three sashes, the central one smallest.

West end has to left, two storey rear wing with door flanked by single casements. To right, a casement. Above, three casements. Above again, garret casement. East gable has two garret casements. To right, two storey service wing, late C18, with doorway and two casements. Above, two casements. To right again, adjoining cottage wing has to west, door flanked by single casement. Above, to right, casement with segmental head. East side has two casements and above, three casements, all with segmental heads.
