Description

The Pinfold is a structure dating from around 1740, located on the west side of Church Hill in Kirkby in Ashfield. It is built from coursed and squared rubble and dressed stone, featuring a quadrilateral plan that measures approximately 5 metres. The walls are topped with gabled coping. To the east, there is a late 20th-century wooden gate that includes a plaque.
