Description
Numbers 3-7 on Church Street in Caistor are a row of three houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from red brick in English Garden Wall Bond of three, featuring stucco dressings and a pantiled roof, with one raised brick-coped gable. The houses have two gable stacks and two ridge stacks, and the front is two storeys high with six bays and a dentillated eaves course. Each house has a six-panelled door with traceried blank overlights in the Chinese Taste style, and slight reeded doorcases with plain square corner blocks. To the left of each door is a single glazing bar sash window, with a similar window above on the first floor. All openings are topped with splayed stucco flat lintels.
