Description

Curate's Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located on the east side of Caistor Lane in Tealby. It is constructed from ironstone rubble with some red brick and features pantile roofs, gable stacks, and brick dentillated eaves. The cottage is two stories high and has a two-bay front. The central doorway has a wooden lintel and a six-panel door, which is flanked by sliding sash windows. There are two additional sliding sash windows above, all with wooden lintels. To the left, there is a lean-to with a large plank door, also with a wooden lintel, and a sliding sash window to the left, both openings featuring brick segmental heads.
