Cottage. Early C19. Red brick, red pantiled roof. 2 storey, 3 bay cottage, 2 ground floor and 3 first floor sashes with glazing bars set in white painted reveals with brick flat arched heads. Central 6-panel raised and fielded door, architrave with 3 panel raised and fielded reveals, fluted pilasters supporting dentil and triglyph frieze with cornice and flat parapet. Arched alleyway entrance to east with wooden architrave frame. Flat wooden eaves cornice, 2 coped brick parapets and end stacks, outshut roof at rear. "R H" purlin irons on west gable return.
