Description
No. 7 Lord Street is an 18th-century building that has undergone later alterations. It stands two storeys tall with attics, constructed of red brick and topped with a hipped pantile roof on the right side, featuring three modern dormers. The building has a new stone-coped parapet and a carved stone cornice. There are seven windows in total, all with hung sashes that include glazing bars and brick voussoirs. The ground floor has six windows and a central doorway flanked by plain pilasters, topped with a flat hood supported by brackets. The door itself consists of six fielded panels and is accompanied by a four-light fanlight above it. The entrance is accessed by four steps, and the building has a stone-coped plinth.
