C18, 2 storey and attic, 3 square headed dormers, 2 with glazing bars remaining, red brick, slate roof, parapet with moulded coping, cornice, lst floor band. 3, lst floor sash windows with glazing bars. Porch with 2 Tuscan columns. 6-panel door with sunk upper panels and ornamental radial-bar fanlight, and narrow side lights.
