Description

No. 30 London Road is an 18th-century building that stands two stories tall with an attic. It features gable end windows and consists of a main original block alongside a modern two-story wing on the left. The structure is made of red brick with a plinth and is topped with pantiles. There are three sash windows set in flush frames with flat arches. The entrance has a modern door within an original case, which includes panelled linings, reeded pilasters, and a reeded frieze above the pilasters, with a plain section in between. A shallow cornice completes the design.
