Description
No. 18 is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with some 19th-century alterations. It is built of red brick and features a pantile roof that was raised in the 19th century, complete with gable stacks and a stack at the rear. The building has two storeys and a two-bay front, which includes a central doorway with a hood, a reeded doorcase, a rectangular overlight, and a partially glazed door. On either side of the doorway are single glazing bar sashes with segmental heads. Above, there are two plain sashes with margin lights and segmental heads. Attached to the left and right are low single-storey outhouses, and there is a lower part of a projecting stack on the east return.
