Description

This building is a cottage located at 37 High Street. It dates from the 17th century, with mid-19th century alterations. The structure is made of coursed limestone rubble, which has been raised with red brick from the 19th century. It features a pantile roof with projecting gable stacks. The cottage is one storey high with a garret.

The central doorway has a red brick segmental head and a plank door. On either side of the doorway are single sliding sash windows, also with red brick segmental heads. Above the doorway, there is a small fixed rectangular window.
