It has slate roofs with decorative red ridge tiles, a hip stack to the rear, and polychrome eaves. The building is a rectangular block with a lower, rectangular projection to the rear.

The north front has three bays and a central projecting brick porch with a hipped roof and a gable above. The central doorway is pointed, with stock brick and an ashlar pointed head, a brick hood mould with ashlar label stops, and plank doors. Above the doorway is an ashlar triangular stone inscribed "Wesleyan 1896". Flanking the doorway are single windows with stock brick and ashlar triangular heads, fixed glazing bars, upper triangular casements, brick hood moulds, and ashlar label stops. There are two similar windows on both the east and west fronts. The rear projection has two casement windows with stock brick segmental heads on each side, and a partially glazed door with a segmental head on the east side.
