Description

No. 20 Hill Road is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a pantile hipped roof with two hip stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a three-bay front, which includes a plinth, a first-floor band, and decorated eaves. The central doorway has a traceried overlight, a segmental head, and a partially glazed door. On either side of the doorway are single glazing bar sashes, with two additional glazing bar sashes located above, all of which have segmental heads.
