Description

No. 1 High Street is a lodge cottage dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of orange brick and features a hipped slate roof with a central brick chimney stack. The front of the cottage is a single storey with three bays, including a central planked door that is flanked by two light glazing bar casements. All openings are designed in pointed arches, with the windows having upper central panes.
