Description

No. 35 Newmarket Road is an 18th-century farmhouse with 19th-century details. It is constructed of painted red brick and features a thatched roof. The building has two storeys with attics and a rear outshut. There is a red brick ridge stack on the right side and a rear stack. On the first floor, there are three segmental arched casement windows, while the ground floor has two larger casement windows with transoms. The central entrance is a six-panelled door topped with a patterned rectangular fanlight, and there is a modern open porch.
