Description

Manor House Farm House is a farm house dating from around 1700, with some minor alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features stone coped gables, one brick gable stack, and two brick ridge stacks, all topped with a wood shingle roof. The building is a single storey with attics and has a five-bay facade. The central entrance is a 20th-century door flanked by two three-light glazing bar casements with timber lintels. Above, there are five gabled dormers, each with two-light glazing bar casements. Inside, the house has simply chamfered beams, some 18th-century plain dado panelling, fitted cupboards, an early 19th-century fireplace surround, and plain stairs with turned newel posts.
