Description

This summerhouse, located 20 metres south of Barrowby House, dates from the early 19th century and was restored in the late 20th century. It is constructed of brick and features an octagonal slate roof with a rear wall stack topped by a crenellated pot. Designed in the Gothick style, the structure has a single cell with an octagonal plan. The entrance consists of a pointed arched board door, which is flanked by single pointed arched windows that have minimal tracery and glazing bars.
