Description

This milestone, located west of a garage on Bourne Road in Corby Glen, dates from the early 19th century. It is made of cast iron with a limestone back and has a triangular shape. The metal plate is facetted and chamfered, featuring the names "Corby," "Bourne 8," and "Colsterworth 4 and a half" in raised cast letters.
