Description

The building is a former forge, now serving as a shed for Fern House. It dates from the mid-18th century and is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a black glazed pantile roof. The structure is single storey and features a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a planked door, with two leaded fixed light windows to the right, all set beneath timber lintels.
