Description

  1. 1671 BROAD STREET (North Side) No 19 TF 0307 1/63 22.5.54. II* GV 2. Mid C18. 2 storeys and attics in ashlar. Mansard roof with 2 modern flat-topped dormers. Rusticated quoins. Band between storeys, Plinth. Stone moulded modillion cornice and small parapet. Windows in moulded stone surrounds with triple keystones, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Band continues cills on 1st floor. Door to left side in No 18 (qv). Interior:- has fine plaster panelled room of late C18 with good marble chimney piece.

The Roman Catholic Church of St Augustine, School, Wall and gate piers to Church with Nos 14, 15 andNos 17 to 22 (consec) form a group.
