Description
Hungerton Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, with some minor alterations and an extension from the 19th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features a pantile roof, which has one gable with stone coping and one hip end, along with a single brick stack at the ridge. The building is designed in an L-shape and has two storeys with a four-bay front. The entrance is off-centre and consists of a four-panelled door, flanked on the right by a single sash window and on the left by a pair of margin light sashes, all of which have timber lintels. On the first floor, there are three similar windows positioned under the eaves. To the right of the farmhouse, there is a single-storey outbuilding that includes a single fixed light window from the 20th century, along with two planked doors and an additional window in a red brick extension. The rear of the farmhouse features sliding sash windows.
