It is a two-storey, five-bay structure with a concrete tiled roof, brick coped gables, and two brick gable stacks. The symmetrical front features a central doorway with a fluted pilastered surround, an entablature, a cornice, and an overlight above a panelled door. Flanking the doorway are two glazing bar sash windows on each side. Above, three glazing bar sashes are flanked by single, blind panels. All openings, including the blind openings, have segmental heads.
