Description

Teddington Manor House is a late 18th-century house with 20th-century additions, situated on the north side of Holbeach Washway Road. The house is constructed of red brick with a concrete tiled roof and three gable stacks. It follows an L-shaped plan. The principal facade is two storeys high, five bays wide, and features a plinth, a first-floor band, and a second-floor band extending onto the return walls. A central doorway is sheltered by a Doric porch with ornate brackets and entablature, leading to an inner panelled door. Flanking the doorway are two glazing bar sashes on each side of the ground floor, with five matching sashes above. All windows have flush wedge lintels.
