Cottage. Mid C18. Red brick, thatch under corrugated iron roof, raised brick coped gables, 2 gable stacks. Single storey plus attics, 3 bay front with central planked door, flanked by single lights, all with brick segmental heads. In the roof are 2 raking dormers with margin light sashes. Clasped purlin roof. Re-used chamfered bressummer over the fireplace.
