Description

No. 203 on Westhorpe Road is a cottage dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a thatched roof covered with corrugated iron, along with raised brick coped gables and two gable stacks. The building is a single storey plus attics and has a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a planked door, which is flanked by single lights, all topped with brick segmental heads. The roof includes two raking dormers with margin light sashes. Inside, there is a clasped purlin roof and a re-used chamfered bressummer above the fireplace.
