Description

This is a cottage located at 147 Westhorpe Road, dating from the early 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is constructed of rough cast rendered brick and features a pantile roof with brick coped gables and two rendered gable stacks. It is a single storey plus attic structure with a three-bay front. The central entrance has a planked door, which is flanked by single margin light sash windows with segmental heads. At the eaves level of the roof, there are two gabled dormers that contain 20th-century two-light casements.
