2. Victorian Jacobean style. Built by Charles Kirk for himself before 1850. Built into a wall are 2 pre-Conquest fragments of interlace, probably Cll. 3 storeys in stone. 3 gables, the centre 1 moulded, each with 1 window to top storey and with finial. String between 2nd and top storeys. Sides have 2-storey canted bays with mullion and transom fenestration and with finial to balustraded parapets joined by course. Centre section breaks forward slightly, with rusticated quoins. Round-arched doorway with plain pilasters and keystone below window of 4 mullion and transom lights, Moulded string course between ground and lst floors. Steps up. Ornamental iron rail to low stone wall, foot scrapers.

Nos 58 to 64 (even) form a group.
