Description

Lodge Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, with a late 19th-century addition. It features coursed limestone rubble and white brick with ashlar dressings. The roof is a 20th-century slate hipped roof with a central red brick chimney. The building is two storeys high. The west front has a central projecting white brick porch that is gabled and has a slate roof. There is a 20th-century glazed door with a triangular ashlar lintel. On either side of the porch, there is a single plain sash window, each with ashlar lintels and raised keystones. Above the porch, there are three smaller similar windows, also with ashlar lintels and raised keystones.
