Description
Ryland Grange Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1800, featuring 20th-century additions and alterations. The structure is made of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped by a concrete tile roof that has stone-coped gables, kneelers, and brick gable stacks. It is two storeys high and has a band at the first floor level. The central entrance consists of a 20th-century planked door set within a 20th-century porch that has a gabled pantile roof. On either side of the door are single 19th-century margin light sash windows. The three windows on the first floor are glazing bar sashes, and all windows feature segmental gauged stone heads.
