Description

Barns Farm is a house built in 1837. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and features a slate roof with two gable stacks. The front of the house has three bays and is two storeys high, with quoins at the corners. The central entrance consists of a 20th-century panelled door with an overlight, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. The three windows on the first floor are similar in style. All openings have plain lintels. Above the door, there is an inscribed panel that reads "WPA 1837."
