Description

The Shelter in Arboretum is a late 19th-century structure located on the north side of Monks Road in Lincoln. It was made by Lockerbie & Wilson of Birmingham. The shelter is constructed from cast iron and features an ogee zinc sheet roof. The front of the shelter has a projecting central opening, supported by cast-iron twist columns that are adorned with filigree brackets and decorated iron infill panels.
