Description
No. 7 Lindum Terrace is a mid-19th century house that has been converted for commercial use. It is constructed of grey brick with stucco dressings and features a hipped slate roof with two side wall stacks. The building has a plinth, bands at the first and second floors, and bracketed eaves. It stands three storeys high and has three bays. The ground floor has three plain sash windows with pilaster surrounds. The first floor features three glazing-bar sash windows with cornices and eared architraves, along with a full-width cast-iron balcony supported by brackets. The second floor has three smaller glazing-bar sash windows, also with eared architraves. On the west side, there is an off-centre porch with clasping pilasters and a triple sash window, with a plain doorway to the right. Inside, the building has enriched cornices and a dogleg stair with a landing and winder, turned newels, and a ramped and scrolled handrail.
