Description

Three houses, numbers 12, 13, and 14, Lindum Road, were built in the early 19th century, with later 19th-century additions. The houses are of brick construction with slate roofs and two ridge stacks. They have chamfered plinths and are three storeys high, arranged over six bays. Each house has a reeded wooden doorcase, featuring a fanlight and a small hood supported by brackets. To the right of each doorcase is a canted wooden bay window with plain sashes. Above the bay windows, each house has two sashes with rubbed brick heads; those on number 14 are plain, while the others have glazing bars. Above these sashes are two smaller windows; those on number 13 are 20th-century replacements. The interiors have not been inspected. Group value is recognised.
