Description

Three houses, located on Cottingham Road, were built in the late 18th century and later restored with 20th-century additions. The houses are constructed of brick and have hipped and gabled pantile roofs. They feature a coped gable on the left side and three gable, three ridge, and one side wall stacks. Wooden gutters and brackets are present. The houses are two storeys with an eleven-window range, arranged in two unequal blocks. Most windows have been replaced.

Number 91, on the left, has four 12-pane sashes, with a renewed central portico below, featuring Doric columns, a cornice, and a 6-panel door with an overlight. To the left of the portico is a 19th-century canted wooden bay window with a 24-pane sash. To the right is a 12-pane sash, followed by a board door with an unglazed iron-framed fanlight. Further to the right is a single-storey link with a coped wall and segment-arched garage doors, also with fanlights.

Numbers 93 and 95, on the right, feature seven 2-light glazing bar casements with transoms. A portico with renewed Doric columns and a canopy covers a 6-panel door with an overlight. Further to the left are three transomed casements, followed by a similar casement, and then a round-arched board door with a fanlight. A further renewed portico stands to the right, flanking a transomed casement. All windows have painted lintels. A 19th-century canted wooden bay window with a bracketed cornice and glazing bar sash is situated on the right-hand side.
