Description
Dovecote House is a house dating from the late 18th century with minor alterations from the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof, with stone coped gables that have kneelers and two gable stacks. The building is two stories high and has a three-bay front. The entrance consists of a 20th-century panelled door set within a wooden pilastered doorcase that has a plain frieze. On either side of the door are single glazing bar sash windows, and on the first floor, there are three similar windows. All the windows are topped with flat rubbed brick arches.
