Description
Church House is a house dating from the late 18th century, with later additions and alterations. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof with two 19th-century stacks located behind the ridge. The building has two storeys and an attic, presenting a three-window front. The windows are late 19th-century multi-paned casements with segmental heads, and there are three 20th-century gabled dormers in the roof slope. The central entrance is marked by a plain pilastered doorcase that contains a 20th-century boarded door, along with an original rectangular barred overlight and a hood. At the rear on the left, there is a lower gabled range made of rubblestone and brick that is positioned at right angles to the main structure.
