Description

White Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of mud and stud, mostly underbuilt in brick, featuring brick gables and a corrugated iron roof, which likely covers thatch. The cottage is a single storey with garrets and has a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a planked door, with a glazing bar sash window to the right and a two-light casement window to the left. On the right side of the front, there is a 19th-century lean-to extension, and at the rear, there is a single-storey brick outshot.
