Description

The Rookery is a late 18th-century cottage, with 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and has a pantile roof with tall gable stacks. The cottage is single-storied with an attic, featuring a three-bay front. The central bay contains a doorway with a segmental head and partially glazed door, flanked by single plain sash windows with margin lights. Three gabled dormers are present, each with bargeboards and plain sash windows with margin lights.
